Mad March Hare running challenge - anyone join me?!

So I need to get in training for a 10k in April and also need to shift the lbs. Have really let my running fitness decline recently and need to get back into it ...
So I've set myself the challenge to run every day for the month of March! Did parkrun Saturday, and about 12k yesterday morning (not sure exactly as GPS on phone so rubbish it loses track of distance!). Was going to go out today at 6 but could not move my lardy bum from bed so will go later - 4pm ish when home from work.
Anyone with me?? I need help with this!!
Lou x

I would say yes but I am going to be restarting c25k so I won't be much good as support as you are running much further! But it sounds good to me :)

Hmm, I'd be with you on a do something active everyday but not at all sure about running everyday and I run a lot - 30-50 miles pw depending on what I'm training for. Even properly top athletes will have one day per week when they don't run. If you get injured and can't run at all you won't get your fitness back.

How about running every other day and going for a walk, swim or bike-ride on the alternate days?

That's a good point Technical - thanks! I normally do 1 x swim, 3 x cycle, 2 x run per week, but have been feeling my running's suffering and I want to make it a daily routine thing ...
I will probably only go out 20-30mins most days. Do you still think that's overdoing it?

Yes, I think you need to have one day off, more if you're just building up or getting back to running after a break.
