I've been running for 9 yrs. I did an off-road marathon 3 years ago, and have done several halfs and 10ks. Last autumn I started getting asthma when I was out running and it was cold. It got so bad I had to stop running for a few weeks around Christmas.
I've been going to the gym since January and got back out running earlier this month. Problem is I seem to have got out of the habit. It's hard again, I know I need to build up my stamina but I just can't motivate myself to get out there.
Has anyone been through a slump like this? I am currently sat on the sofa eating biscuits during the one hour of the week I can usually get out running.
