I have, sporadically, lost most of my baby weight. I am two pounds off where I should be and ten off where I'd like to be. I don't overeat and I don't put on weight. I don't really snack or eat sweet things, so any weight loss will have to come from cutting back on a fairly good diet.
I go through fits and starts of exercising.
It does bother me that I haven't shifted the last of what I want to shift but I have totally run out of the will to do it. I know I look ok and am a healthy weight and this seems to be the biggest demotivator ever!
Can anyone inspire me, please? I do feel disappointed in myself, but obviously not enough.
