Hi, I'm doing a 10K obstacle course run in September and wondered if anyone could recommend a training plan. The running part isn't a problem, I'm worried about the obstacle bit, will I be strong enough to lug myself over rope walls etc.
Have any of you done one? I'm so excited, it looks like 10K of wet muddy bloody good fun!!!
Hiya, It's the Major Series in Leeds at the end of September. I'm so excited, have you found it loads of fun? If there's 30 ish obstacles I figure you can't run that far before you come to another obstacle?
So you reckon plenty of sit ups, obliques, press ups, tricep dips. That sort of thing?
