rest? Keep going?
I take ibuprofen and keep goingWhat's wrong?
change activity - so if its running related and lower legs I would go swimming and use a pull buoy if legs really hurt. Rest is sometimes the best form of training though - dont train through an injury and end up laid off for longer
front of upper leg, mid thigh (quad?) prob running related but could be cycling? Rarely cycle but did yesterdayhave walked most of it away so obviously not that severe after all it woke me a few times in the night, am a wuss
