I found my left knee to be a bit troublesome esp during the early stages. Tried not to push it, and gave if it was sore one day, didn't do it the next. Have been running for the last few weeks and have had no problems. Hope it's short lived.
hi i have been doing the shred and have been having knee pain during the exercises. i have had no problems with my knees before and i make sure i do the exercises correctly i.e not putting the knee in from of toes during squats.
however my knees esp the right one is really troubling me now. any advice will be appreciated
