I mean, done it properly for 30 days on the trot? How did you find it and what results did you get?
I'm 5 days in doing level 2 and although it's very hard I'm definitely feeling a bit firmer. I've put on a few pounds though, is that normal? I was 9 st 5 to start with and have gone up a bit. I don't really mind as the toning is making my stomach a bit flatter, I just wondered what's likely to happen from now on if I stick with it.
I haven't done the shred, but it's normal to gain some weight when first starting an excercise program like that. You are gaining muscle which is heavy. But the muscle will use more energy and will help you to burn fat in the long run. Keep it up!
