There has been a lot of success on this thread, both in the UK and internationally, moral support is abundant, and there is always a kick up the arse for anyone who needs one!

No running for me today. I am off to the O2 tonight (hurray!) to see Neil Diamond (shhhhhhhhhh!) - could I suggest "America" be added to our playlist? It's not actually on my wetpod but it should be. Running tomorrow. Am going to try to get further in my 5k before I walk. Yesterday was about half and half, so tomorrow I'll try to run for 3k before I walk.
We need some more recruits really so we can reminisce about Robert, Laura and the early days. If you are reading and debating joining, please do, we are all new runners (in the last year or so) I think and positively evangelical about the C25k programme. New runners hugely welcome and will be warmly encouraged.
