I started c25k a couple of weeks ago. I am mow in week 3. It is going well and I am really enjoying it. I am wondering though about whether I should be running with hand weights? I have lost abut 5 stone (2 more to go) and have bat wings. I do a boxing workout at the weekend with my husband and include things like triceps dips and exercises with a weighted ball. But would running with weights help my arms tone? And does it make the run really hard?
