I'm not sure if anyone can help, but I thought I'd ask anyway!
I've got massive calf muscles. They've always been big and I've always had an isssue with them (I can remember walking to school and someone behind telling everyone my lower legs looked like chicken drumsticks). I never feel confident or comfortable in skirts because of my calves, but i was never sure how to change them or if it was even possible. I've started going to the gym regularly and at my induction I asked the instructor for advice and he just told me to concentrate on weight loss before I considered muscle tone (I don have quite a bit to lose), but I'm hoping for something that will help with both. Does anyone have any advice, or should I just accept that this is how I'm built?
