This one seems very under advertised.

Is anyone going?

Beforetimebegan Sat 06-Jul-19 22:31:36

What’s the march for bear?

Peregrina Sun 07-Jul-19 09:28:24

This hasn't had the same publicity has it? I am hoping to go.

OhYouBadBadKitten Sun 07-Jul-19 10:36:27

I am going.

I think there's another march in October

Peridot1 Sun 07-Jul-19 10:38:16

I would but will be away. I think July is a time when many people will be away so I doubt it will get the numbers the last one did. And it’s not as well advertised/publicised at all.

Bearbehind Sun 07-Jul-19 11:01:12

It’s hardly being publicised - I just Googled it and got a link to this thread 😂

Well then please share on all your social media platforms and keep sharing.

They've changed the name to No to Boris. Yes to Europe. Coach link here - www.marchforchange.uk/assembly_points

Btw some spoilt Tory ballot papers at twitter.com/toriesvsbrexit - both candidates crossed out and Dominic Grieve or Rory Stewart written in.

TheElementsSong Mon 08-Jul-19 21:48:47

We're away unfortunately.

BeardedMum Mon 08-Jul-19 21:51:46

We’re away but I would march against Mr Johnson every day if I could!

Fawful Fri 12-Jul-19 17:36:21

Shame about the new name...
I'm going, with X-DP and friend, but it's not looking v well advertised, is it...

Oakenbeach Fri 12-Jul-19 23:30:47

It’s not the best time for it.... Things are in a bit of a hiatus at the moment as we await BJ becoming PM.... I imagine the October March will be a big one as things reach a head - I intend to go to that one.

OhYouBadBadKitten Sat 13-Jul-19 17:03:54

It could do with being at least a week later tbh. Once we know the results of the election for sure.

Livingtothefull Fri 19-Jul-19 20:47:56

Please take part in this march if you possibly can, we have to oppose what is being done.

I will be marching for my DS future, he is profoundly mentally and physically disabled and I have had to watch his benefits being stripped away for years. I know just how little the Tories care about him and young people like him.

I will be marching because I can't keep to myself my contempt for the Tories or my disgust at the creature they are intending to foist on us as Prime Minister.

And yes I will be at the October march too.

If you've not already set off, bring a jacket or umbrella, there's a moderate chance of thunderstorms for a little while around lunchtime.

OhYouBadBadKitten Sat 20-Jul-19 18:22:46

It was a good demo today. Pretty chilled in the sunshine, especially at the rally in Parliament square.

Snowy111 Sat 20-Jul-19 19:56:29

I went and thought it was a pretty good turnout, and a brilliant atmosphere. Heard Clive Owen speak he really got the crowd going

KennDodd Sat 20-Jul-19 22:06:39

Any number estimates? This is the first anti Brexit march I've missed.

OhYouBadBadKitten Sat 20-Jul-19 22:30:11

I couldn't even begin to say without aerial photos. We were near the front and ended up on Parliament square.
