If Boris becomes our new PM

Since the referendum I've become genuinely interested in politics, I cannot fathom how these elitists are still in power. Obviously I can

I could imagine November GE.
I could also imagine no GE before 2022.
Not sure I want a crystal ball, tbh. Not sure it would be good to know.

It depends what Boris does to cause the GE.

I'm amazed that the Conservatives would risk a GE any time soon (unless Johnson wants to tick "being PM" off his list without having to do any of the work associated with it and hopes to be booted out of Downing St almost immediately). The local elections, the EU elections, the Peterborough by-election and forthcoming Brecon and Radnorshire by-election which they are unlikely to win - you'd think they'd get the message hmm.

I think we do need a GE.

Largs Sat 06-Jul-19 16:24:05

Well maybe it will be the LibDems.

QueenOfIce Sat 06-Jul-19 16:22:35

It will be if Farage gets in instead. I don't know who's worse, Bojo, Corbyn or Farage. All of them awful choices!

Largs Sat 06-Jul-19 16:06:33

Not long at a guess.
And I've no idea who will win.
A GE is not necessarily the handcart to hell though. It could be the shakeup we need.

How long until there's a GE and then who will win? We're going to hell in a handcart. 🙈
