Apparently he has written in today's Telegraph that it is all the government's fault for not setting out a clear plan quickly enough and not being sufficiently positive about Great Britain (aka England and Wales) under Brexit, and our fault - the British People - for behaving like the Crowd after princess Diana's funeral. This has to be worth a thread all of its own.
