After the debate last night I'm still undecided! Would anyone give me their opinion please on what happens to the NHS if either side win?
If we exit - I don't believe that the funds saved on the EU membership will be channelled back into the NHS, I just don't believe the political promises being made will ever happen. When talking with people at work the popular opinion seems to be that the NHS will crash & be privatised very quickly.
If we remain - there are no promises that the NHS will be saved. Given that the Tories have been dismantling the NHS piece by piece for a good while now, how long can we expect it to survive?
Which result would be more beneficial to saving the service as a whole?
Thanks for any replies, (I appreciate that this is the zillionth thread about the referendum but its getting a bit late for me to be undecided)
