Pressure Group on Facebook

Dear Mumsnetters,

I am so pleased to see that Justine and Carrie are campaigning to combat climate change.

I have recently found out there is a plan to build a nuclear power station an hour away from my home in Sardinia (Italy) and I couldn't sleep at night.

So I decided to set up an International pressure group on FaceBook that aims to STOP the Neuclar Power in Europe and promote safe and secure energy.

I would have liked the group to be international because the political decision of a country affects the neighbour countries, if France has got nuclear waste or a nuke accident, it will pollute Italy and England too. I also agree with the fact that everyone both individuals and organisations should do their bit by changing their lifestyle and business practice etc..

I would be really grateful for any comments and suggestion.
