What is 'Bounty' made from?

Following on from the "Baby wipes made from plastic" thread; I just wondered if anyone could tell me what Bounty kitchen towel is made from...surely it can't be paper??

(This question is asked on behalf of DH btw blush)

paper and the same glue they use to stick the coconut together in the other sort.....

Y'know I didn't even consider the chocolate version when I posted blush. Thanks for the info LL, I will pass it on to DH.

I think what he really wanted to know was why it doesn't disintegrate like all the other brands of kitchen towel? What makes it different?

I think its improved performance over other paper towels is down to its texture and fluffiness.
