Bull Dog (veggie toiletries brand)do a bamboo handled razor- available in Waitrose and Boots.

Takes a bit of getting used to but love it now. Apart from being pink, it also has a longer handle than a standard (men's) one so is easier for shaving legs, armpits etc.

Ooops yes you're right. Linked to the wrong one. This is the one I have. Definitely all metal (except perhaps the paint on the handle). Although even a plastic handled safety razor is much better environmentally than disposable ones. Arguably, a plastic/acrylic or metal handle would be longer lasting than bamboo/wood, especially in a damp bathroom?

Thanks all. @BlackInk, yes, a plastic/acrylic handle would last longer than wood or bamboo but would also last well beyond my lifetime and would never really degrade, which is why I am looking for something more sustainable./
