just had one of those days.
Found out about our pay rises & bonuses - I'm happy considering the economy, however work has the system where they grade according to how versatile (amongst other things) they think you are and I've been shown as less versatile than before even though I've been doing a much more varied job, so I feel peed off. I don't think it is right and am annoyed because if I apply for a change of job internally it will look like I have been performingless well when I know that is not the case. Anyway, I'm meeting my manager next week to discuss, just feel annoyed that's all.

Anyone else want a moan?
