Hi, have recently had an operation, and have other health issues, so for the first time in my life (and I am old!) I have had to claim benefits. ( Been lucky so far I know)
This benefit replaces disability benefit. (as far as I can see in that it is not as good!)
So I am in plaster for 12 weeks, and have to gradually recuperate, have physio, and have other health issues, but have beed called in for an interview/assesment. Obviously to see if I really do qualify.
Has anyone been to one of these, what should I expect?
Am a bit scared, as I have read that they do refuse a lot of applicants, and it is such a small amount of money anyway, to think about losing even that is scarey.
