Ive got a meeting with HR at 1.30 this afternoon.
My probabtion period was extended by 2 months on the 18th september to the 18 nov. It was noted that they wanted me to:
Improve the petty cash - since then it has always been correct.
- Spell check all emails - this is always done
- improve minute taking. I have been on a course and produced one set of mins since then which were much improved and just slightly tweaked by the manager in the way i worded a few things... ie, i said theh 6 monthly reports were due in time for the next meeting, she changed it to due at the next meeting.
Anyway, i was called to see manager wed. They are not happy as apparently i talk too loudly on the phone ( an issue which has not been brought up before) and i wash up and make tea in the wrong order and that shows im not efficient... apparently.
I know, its the end of probation period so basically they can get rid of me with no reason, i think id be less offended if they offered no reason not these stupid excuses for reasons.
Is there any point me making a case to the HR woman ( who is from an outsourced company)?
I was told my sacking was not a forgone conculsion, but according to collegues an email went out telling staff yesterday.
