Online job applications....

If you're doing an online job application that gives you the opportunity to upload a CV or just continue with the application online, is it better to provide a CV or doesn't it really matter?

Hmm, I think that as long as your DH feels the application provides him the oportunity to provide a very full picture of him and his skills, then there's no need for a CV as well.
If the application doesn't allow him to sell himself as well as his CV would then I'd add a CV as well.
