Child Labour - Risk Assessments

I have taken on a 14yo to do some cleaning in the playroom

I have registered this with the council (as I am required to) & discussed the duties with the child & her mum. We have looked at what she will be doing & how

But I have to produce a risk assessment

Umm how? I mean she is cleaning toys, hoovering and wiping tables & chairs with an occasional mopping of floor

Am I being particularly thick? I seem to have a mental block

I didn't think any child under the age of 15 was allowed to be employed anymore? Used to be 14 but I am sure it has changed.

Well in Norfolk I could have employed her from 13 in certain trades
