DH is the manager of one hotel in a small chain of country hotels and has just been told that as of Thursday, the hotels will all close for a minimum of two weeks and DH and all his colleagues will not be paid for this period. If you work in the industry too and are finding yourself lost, please use this thread to vent and rant, or seek advice.

And if you had a moment to sign this petition, it could greatly help. We're all so worried and uncertain at the moment. Thank you.

Dil works for Dakota hotels, she has had her hours reduced by 75%. Fortunately DS is In transport and working hard to get food into shops, so they will manage, just.

My heart goes to those where the only income has been stopped.
