My employer has announced this week that my role will be changing from salaried to hourly pay. There was no discussion around this and this has come as a surprise, I don't want to be paid hourly. Is there anything I can do or do I have to accept it and move on?
Working pattern isn't changing and its a large corporation. I was hourly paid in previous job and my salary changed every month (ie much lower in February) which was difficult to plan ahead. Message is that I will be entitled to overtime but I don't/will not do overtime so this doesn't apply. Will ring ACAS thank you
