I have applied for the role of a functional assessor. It is perfect for a more work life balance and no more bank holidays and weekend working.
I am just a bit dubious as there are a lot of job vacancies for this role, I would like to hear from anyone who is a functional assessor or has done this role in the past.
I understand that there are targets to meet, are these achievable? and are the staff friendly where you are based? I have worked in my current role for 10 years so feel like I am taking a huge risk.
The pay and benefits are very appealing but I wonder if it's too good to be true.
TIA
