Formal Grievance - bullying

I have taken out a FG against my manager for bullying.

I have been trying to work out what could happen as far as resolution of this and am aware it could be upheld, partially upheld or not upheld (want to be as prepared as I can when I get my employer's decision).

For those of you who have been through this (from either side), what actually happened? If upheld or partially upheld, did you get what you had asked for? If not upheld, did you appeal?

Thanks.

I brought a grievance which my employers treated as a disciplinary against my manager. An independent investigator found nothing to support my case (or at least that's what the CEO told me as he wouldn't share the full report).

I have to leave my job because they won't allow me a different line manager and won't acknowledge that I have been bullied and harassed.

I am sitting out my 6 months full pay and have just refused to meet with the CEO again but instead told them I am taking my case to a tribunal.

I will prepare and file the paperwork but probably leave it at that. I just want to cause my manager some kind of stress and fuck with her head the way she has with mine.

They have taken away a job I held for 10 years and forced me to sell up and move my family to a cheaper area. She deserves to share some of the pain.

@MrsBobDylan sounds awful Sad

I understand your anger though, I have also been with my employer for a lengthy period. Am very aware that this manager (fairly new) is senior and it will probably be easier to let me go.

It is so unfair. Part of the reason I have asked for others' resolutions (or not) is because I want to stay strong (or at least look like I am) in the outcome meeting and plan what to do next rather than crumple...

As you can tell, I don't have much faith in the system!
