Boss won't listen

What do you do if you're totally swamped and can't cope? My job is "time sensitive" as in there are deadlines to meet, if not, there are repercussions from both people within and outside our organisation. I simply can't keep up with the volume of work and its making me ill. Ive been putting extra hours in and told manager that im so far behind. All i get is more! Plus the complaints are forwarded to me as well! I get stroppy members of the team returning work to me where ive screwed up because im so under pressure but nobody will listen.Boss either ignores it completely or says " everyone is busy" and flatly refuses to let anyone assist. I'm stressed and its making me physically ill.

Firstly.. Breathe!
You sound so incredibly stressed and under pressure.
Is there anyone above your boss you can talk to?
No job is worth making you that ill. Is it worth looking for something else?
If that's not an option you'll need to look at time management (not saying you have bad time management - not at all) and show what you're doing at certain times.
I used to have a boss that used to keep piling lots on. Is reply with "that's fine but what do you want me to drop?".

Put it in writing to your boss that you are having difficulties in prioritising urgent work because of the volume of urgent work, and request help to resolve it.

I agree with both of those opinions, write to your boss raising concerns and start looking for other work, your health is starting to suffer cause of your manager
