Hello Everyone,
New to this so I'll try to get all the information across in one go.

I have you to give a 10 minute presentation to two people taking about my favourite snack. Why I like it, it's history and advertising - the end aim is that they wish to try it.

It's for a sales role and I cannot use any PowerPoint or computers.

I think this is more a test to see my style and it does encourage 'creativity' so how wacky do I go without it being ridiculous?

Thanks in advance.

Get them each one of the snacks, give them print outs of previous advertising, talk through it’s selling points, and why you love it. Laugh about why it’s not healthy so you limit it, make it humourous.

As in I love Cadbury’s dairy milk, the stands at the check outs are a hazard, it’s got a pint and a half of milk, which makes you think it’s healthy, the advertising is iconic, think of the Phil Collins gorilla advert, every time In the air tonight I want to eat some. That kind of thing,

Thank you! I think that sounds great, keep it light and humorous aswell as it being informative to a degree. I just don't want to stand there and drone on - I think I'll get flustered if I think they aren't engaged. Thanks again.

Sales trainer here
Use the IDEAL model
Introduce - why you are there
Determine - find Out needs, if not interactive use typical snack type needs
Explain - how your snack fits the criteria ( use features and benefits)
Ask - if you have done enough to convince them
Leave - give them an action point ( be very specific , give a time frame)
