Work place stress

Am sitting here having heart palpitations and feeling tearful after yet another day of high stress Am middle Mgr but just cannot manage the volume of work coming through, my team are stressed, I'm stressed, my colleagues are. There been cutbacks and issues in a different region which showed company wasn't always doing things as we should - lots of blame about individuals rather than the organisation looking at why it came about So must do more must do better etc and as that all gets pushed down to frontline teams . I'm not alone in how I'm feeling and holding it together for my team but the palpitations tonight have done it. How can I raise in a proactive and positive way? Organisation talks the talk but those questioning party line don't get promoted so need to be careful how I approach Please advise
