Debt management plan -job application NHS

It's well over 10 years since I applied for a job. I'd like to move back into the NHS-I've been employed privately for the last 10 years. Im in a DMP: is this information that I'll hate to declare on a job application form? From recollection I don't think it's something I was ever asked before....

No, the only time I have had that specific question on a job application was when I worked in finance in the private sector.
