Band 4 secretary post - interview with typing test and RTT test

Anyone had any experience of a RTT test or band 4 interview for a post working for the CSL? I was the sole secretary in an 8 partner GP practice for 8 years, I then moved to a hospital as a band 3 support secretary which oddly is the same pay scale but basically a typing/take messages role and a lot less responsibility. I've only been in the role 3 months when the job was advertised as a band 4 secretary working for the clinical lead.

I've been offered an interview and I'm planning to go speak to my boss who will be interviewing me, along with the consultant and another manager. Having done a RTT test I found online I got 80%! I've not done any of this before and wondered if anyone had any hints, tips or advice both on the interview itself and the RTT test. I've got a week to prepare and will be picking the brains of everyone I work with tomorrow but thought the Mumsnet collective could offer their experience too.

TIA Flowers
