WWYD. Day 1 of new job!

So today I went in for day one of my new job and it's become quickly apparent that what I am being asked to do is not what I was interviewed for or indeed applied for! Completely different role and conditions. The job description provided is very woolly and generic. I am so disappointed and tried to raise this with my new manager today but she was dismissive. I actually can't face going on tomorrow. Any advice please.

Sorry that you are disappointed. I would suggest at least see the week out, you really cannot get a feel for a job after only one week (or month!) Your next step will depend upon what other options you have and whether you can afford to not go to work?
