Presentation Skills

Mine are seriously lacking. I went to a two-day course last year, which had some great tips but I do them so infrequently that I don't seem to be able to get to grips with them. Does anyone have any advice for getting better? At the moment, the only solution I can think of is spending my day off doing imaginary presentations in my living room. It is something I want to be excellent at doing, and I'm really, really bad.

I practice and practice so by the time I come to do the presentation it is second nature.
