I worked for a large organisation for 3 years and suffered sickness relating to an undiagnosed medical condition. The employer followed their sickness policy, which resulted in my dismissal. Following the dismissal I was diagnosed with a medical condition, received treatment and am pleased to say that the condition no longer exists. This all occurred 7 years ago.
My question:
I wish to return to the employer as the field of work interests me, and I have been working in a similar type role for the past 6 years.
Would/ could the organisation re-employ me?)
Any advice and or opinions welcome :)
