Night work in a busy bar

Hi, basically my issue is I am worried that I am not going to be able to stick to my job as long as I hoped for. As I'm getting further along in my pregnancy (currently 27 weeks) I'm starting to find things more difficult, I work from 6pm and get home roughly around 3am at the front door selling tickets in a busy bar (as if the drunk roudy customers arn't stressful enough) I'm starting to feel tired like my body's going to shut down half way through the night and when I wake up I feel sick and have no energy all day and the cycle feels like it is never ending.

I have to bend down through a hole in my desk as the top doesn't lift which is starting to hurt my ribs and my back, I'm sat for long hours on just a stool with no back rest and nothing to lean on which is also straining my back (I do try and stand up for a bit too but don't have the space to walk around).

If I need the toilet I have to squeeze through crowds of people to get to it and the floor is very slippy with drinks being spilt all the time. I do not get frequent breaks to walk around and even if I did the place is too busy and dangerous to walk around any way, sometimes I don't even get a break at all to eat or lay down and by the time I get home I'm to tired to make anything which makes me feel worse the next day.

Just wondering what other people's thoughts are of this as it seems to be getting me down? sad
