A colleague has really taken a dislike to me. I get snarky comments for the smallest thing for example I glanced at my watch while she was talking to me and she immediately snapped something along the lines of 'I can see you don't have time to talk to me' and today she accused me of looking daggers at her because I glanced over my shoulder when she walked behind my chair. It's pretty ridiculous stuff and it's not every day - just occasionally she gets out the wrong side of bed and then I'm in for it that day! It's not serious enough to be considered bullying, it's just making me uncomfortable and slightly sad that she behaves like this.
I know that another colleague complained about her a few months ago but I don't think anything was done.
We're a very small company (no HR depts or anything like that) and I'm senior to her - I suspect she might have a problem with this - but I don't directly manage her.
I have the perfect opportunity to mention it to my boss tomorrow but will it reflect badly on me for bringing it up?
I don't know what I would gain out of telling him other than just having it on his radar. Or should I just ignore her? Give her enough rope sort of thing?
I know there's a similar thread on here but i didn't want to hijack it. Please help!
