Maternity discrimination?

Will give basic background first.
Small company prior to mat leave there was just me and my mom in the women's part (factory work).
Called into work few days before end of mat leave to discuss my return. Was told to return the following Monday on my old hours for 3 weeks then they would be reviewed as the work has declined. If still no work to take all holidays owed and see how things are at the end (used to work 3 days and now employer has me doing my hours over 5 days).
Arrived to work on 1st day back and my cover has been kept on....
I assumed as there was no work my cover would not be kept on and everyone's hours would be reviewed.
Employer now wants me to Take holiday owed even though had my cover not been there I wouldn't need to take my holidays.still wants to look into my hours when I return and potentially drop them but still continues to employ my cover.
Feel as though I am been pushed out...wouldn't mind so much if they was better than me but she hits none of the targets I do and pretty much spends most the time gossiping.
Bit more to story but will go into that later...sorry for such basic info just woke up and trying to sort 3 kids and get ready for work.....so tired lol
