Any words of wisdom? Any good questions to ask? Not sure I want this job, I don't know a lot about it but have been headhunted by someone I used to work with. Thing is I'm very happy in my current role (both jobs r local) but current job is v family friendly and I only work 15 hours a week which suits me down to the ground. No childcare required. New job v likely to want min 25-30 hours a week which I won't commit to. So I'm going along for interview but feeling very indifferent to it anyway. Anyone have any words of advice how to approach this or how to let them down politely assuming I am offered the job? Wish I had the benefit of hindsight to see if this could work very well in the future as it is I'm very happy plodding along as Iam. I feel I have good work/life balance as I say I don't work many hours and am always here for the kids who are still at junior school. Feel a bit rambly some people have suggested I cancel the interview but don't want to do this either as feel I would be letting them down already.
