not sure how to say it - stress? ( home situation/ workload etc) or just a general no energy burn out? how different are they?
Your best bet is to just describe how you are feeling to your doctor and allow him/her to ask questions in order to determine whether it's stress or something else, what's causing it and what to put on a fit note if that becomes relevant.
