NHS annual leave entitlement

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me. I've worked for the NHS for 11 years and have reduced my working hours to 15hours per week from the start of this financial year. My issue is my manager is unsure of my annual leave entitlement and I can't make head nor tail of all the policy calculations.
Does anyone out there know what my annual leave entitlement is ? Cn you help?
Thank you

Why not ask HR? Mine is 31 days pro rata so 31x0.4 for you. Also factor bank hols so 8x0.4. You then take bank hol as AL if it falls on your work day.
Hope that makes sense - check with HR.

you get the top whack - 10yrs service entitlement and it needs to be pro-rata for 15hrs per week. so you get 2/5ths of the 10yrs.

Ring HR.
Your manager should be able to access the policy and entitlements.

Should be a calculator on the intranet.

Should be 33 days x 0.4 for 2 days a week as you have your 10 days, plus 8 x 0.4 as mentioned above. I make it 16.4 days. I'd check with HR anyway, they tend to have calculators for this stuff.
