sorry I know it's again but it's really confusing.
Have I got this correct.
First 6 weeks at 90% they have to be paid on top as this is SMP
next 12 weeks - SMP plus 50 % - they come put of extra 50%
next 21 weeks - SMP they are paid on top of SMP
Next 13 weeks no pay - they are still paid regardless
They are bankable with no expiry date so I can use them to pay for Playgroup when new baby is 2 as DD hits her free entitlement partway during mat leave.
