Hi - Long Story Sorry!
I went back to work from maternity leave in september I changed my working days to 2 and a half days.
During my first week I realised money wise it would be more beneficial to do 2 days (childcare fees etc) so asked about doing 2 days this was agreed the following week (no written communication about either from either party) I also agreed to losing my staff discount because of this. In december my employer then announced to me that as of January my only other discount that I received would also be stopping (she hasent stopped this for another staff member) Also in December she mentioned that she had a form for me to sign agreeing to the 2 days.
Well! Last week she gave me the form dated September, in this it mentions removing all discounts even though the second discount was only spoke about in December and that a review of my hours was going to be done in february to see if its working out - This wasent mentioned in september, it also says about doing courses outside of working days and hours again wasent mentioned in september, It's become pretty clear that this form wasent done in September but very receantly with things added! Big problem is I signed it, I'd had a long day, lots going on and didnt read my copy again until I got home. I'm worried now, as I am pregnant again and she isnt happy with me regarding this so I fear she will try and push me out before she has to pay maternity pay, any advice greatfully received.

I would be speaking to my union ASAP.

Also, you might wish to communicate directly with her ASAP letting her know what you have set out here. I think you should do this by monday, and in writing irrespective of what other actions you take.

What do you others think?

I agree - write a letter stating that you fell that you weren't given adequate time to reflect on the issues and that you didn't have full understanding.

how far?

Losing staff discounts and having to complete training outside of paid hours sounds pretty discriminatory to me.

Have you raised the issue with your manager yet?

You should put something in writing and send it off straightaway.
