Likely salary offer

dh has been offered a new job with a large corporate at the moment they haven't declared a salary until they see his salary history. I've not had any experience of this. Any idea how much they will offer..15% £10k more £20????? Any thoughts on how this process works? We will find out tomorrow hopefully but I can't wait (to spend it)

They'll offer the least they think they need to in order to get your DH to work there. Other than that there are no hard/fast rules. Don't expect a windfall as if its not in a hard pill to swallow.
