I have resigned from my job and now am working a LONG notice period! I still have tasks to do where other people depend on me, they are intellectually demanding and they are public enough that if I make a mess of them, it will be noticed by a good number of colleagues and my boss. My problem is that I'm finding it so hard to motivate myself. I'm leaving because I've completely lost my self-confidence at work and because I hate the work (probably a bi-product of the loss of self-confidence). Does anyone know any tricks I can use or can give me any advice to get myself to keep myself concentrated and do a good job for these last few months? I do want as good a reference from my boss as I can get!
Thanks!
