I have a question hope somebody can help with. i get 26 full pay from my employer. But during my relevant period i received a bonus therefore my smp average calculation would have been higher than normal pay for first 6 weeks. My company has handed me my payment schedule and added put down my smp calculation is lower than what they would give me for 6 months full pay. but on my maternity calculation they have put down smp and cut my omp to make it 6 months pay. so i don't benefit from the bonus being in the relevant period at all. I thought i would get 6 weeks higher rate with smp calculation then go on to 20 weeks full pay, then 3 months smp. so im just getting my standard 6 months pay now looks like they have offset my smp. does anyone know how this works? thanks Lorraine
