Cambridge MPhil course assignment - Alzheimer's disease questionnaire

Hello everyone :)

My name is Becky and I am currently undertaking an MPhil in Bioscience Enterprise at Cambridge University. As part of the Science and Technology course, I have to write an essay and a presentation on Alzheimer's Disease.

I am going to be looking the impact diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease has on the caregiver, in terms of their quality of life, and hoping to link that to interventions which could be applied, which might alleviate these issues to some extent.

I have therefore written a short questionnaire. It is not attached here (as I haven't quite figured out how to add it!) But for anyone interested please comment and I will send it to you via email.

Also, if anyone please has any other suggestions of sites which might allow me to share the questionnaire then I would be more than happy to hear them!

Just to add it is a super, super simple questionnaire for the carer - many of the questions are about how caring for someone with Alzheimers disease has affected your life (e.g. lack of sleep e.t.c) and what you think could be put in place to improve this (e.g. increased respite).

There are no personal details required and you only need to answer the questions you would like to.
