Disabled self-catering accommodation in Brighton area

I want to take my parents away for a week to Brighton area. I understand there is disabled friendly accommodation available.

By way of background, my dad now has a live-in carer, he can't toilet himself nor feed himself & has a special bed with hoist due to his condition (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy).

Any ideas where to go (it doesn't have to be Brighton)?
