Dh has been Chair of Govs for 18 months, and found out by chance last week that school/county/someone had set up an email address for him under the school system, which County and other people had been using for sending him various official bits and pieces ...
Unfortunately no-one had thought to inform him of this!
Cue lots of red faces

Fortunately anything vital had also been sent to him as hard copy.
