Did you manage to upload the school census today - and if so how did you do it?

We kept trying this morning, got nowhere, rang the helpline, to be told "we know the COLLECT site is running slowly" (which was a lie, it wasn't running at all) - in the afternoon, the upload started twice & stopped both times & we were told the server was out of memory.

If you're going to expect every school in the country to upload massive amounts of data at the same time, shouldn't you ensure the server can cope.....
