Online Level 3 Early Years Workforce Course

I want to start a career in childcare and this course looks pretty good to me. It's a diploma provided by CACHE, level 3, I need to complete 350 hours in a suitable setting and provide proof of my skills and understanding. This sounds to me as though the diploma will be recognised by employers which makes me want to jump in and get started. However, it is provided by Learndirect. I've never heard of them before or used them and so I don't know if they are trustworthy or efficient at helping you finish the course. If anyone had used them for a similar course please let me know your thoughts and feelings towards the company or if you have not used them but have used another online training provider and achieved your level 3 in Early years workforce please feel free to recommend them to me! i am in exactly the same situation and want to know if someone has done the course through learn direct or home learning

Its so frustrating isn't it! I don't mind spending the money for the course as long as I gain a recognised qualification and can start looking for work afterwards. I just want it to be worth it and not a waste and my time and energy.

Hi, I know you posted this a few months ago! But just wondering if you went with learn direct for this course or if you went with another company? I’m thinking of doing this and at the moment feel a little confused as to wether I’m doing the right thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou x
